Terms of Service

Terms for using Shereheka, including invitations and WhatsApp Cloud messaging.

Effective date: July 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, accessing Shereheka or using its event and messaging tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Shereheka for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

2. The Shereheka Service

Shereheka provides tools for digital invitations, guest management, RSVPs, event communications, ticketing, contributions, vendor discovery and related event services. Features may be added, changed or discontinued as the platform develops.

3. Accounts and Organizer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account, event and contact information.
  • Keep login credentials secure and promptly report unauthorized access.
  • Use guest information only for the event or purpose for which it was collected.
  • Ensure that invitations, tickets, prices, schedules and event claims are accurate.
  • Comply with applicable privacy, consumer, communications and event laws.

4. WhatsApp Cloud Messaging

Shereheka may use the WhatsApp Business Platform and Cloud API to deliver invitations, RSVP requests, reminders and event updates at an organizer’s instruction. Organizers remain responsible for every recipient and message they submit.

  • Only message people who gave you their mobile number and clearly opted in to receive the relevant WhatsApp communications.
  • Keep a record of consent and provide any notices required by applicable law.
  • Immediately honor requests to stop, block or opt out of messages.
  • Use approved message templates when required by WhatsApp. Outside the customer-service window, messages may only be sent through approved templates.
  • Do not send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful content or content prohibited by WhatsApp or Meta policies.
  • Do not submit highly sensitive identifiers or information that should not be processed through WhatsApp.

WhatsApp may review, approve, pause or reject templates and may limit messaging based on message quality, recipient feedback or policy compliance.

5. WhatsApp and Meta Policies

Your use of WhatsApp features must also comply with the following third-party terms:

Shereheka is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp.

6. Guest Data and Content

You retain responsibility for guest lists, invitation content and other information you upload. You authorize Shereheka and necessary service providers to process that information only as needed to provide the requested services.

You confirm that you have the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed to provide this information. Our collection and handling of personal information is further described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Use

  • Harassing, threatening, misleading or impersonating another person or business.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages or attempting to bypass messaging limits.
  • Promoting illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory or prohibited goods or services.
  • Uploading malware, interfering with the service or attempting unauthorized access.
  • Using Shereheka or guest data to violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.

8. Fees and Payments

Prices, taxes and payment terms displayed when you purchase a service apply to that transaction. Messaging or third-party service charges may change when providers update their pricing. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, completed or consumed services are non-refundable.

9. Third-Party Services and Availability

Some features depend on Meta, WhatsApp, telecommunications networks, payment providers and other third parties. Delivery times and availability are not guaranteed. Shereheka may suspend a feature when a provider changes access, experiences an outage or requires compliance action.

10. Suspension, Disclaimers and Liability

We may restrict or terminate access when these terms, applicable law or provider policies are violated, or when necessary to protect users, data or the platform.

Shereheka is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Shereheka is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, failed third-party delivery, recipient blocking, template rejection, provider suspension or events outside our reasonable control.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service, applicable law or provider policies change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
