If you used Facebook to access or interact with Shereheka, you may ask us to delete the information associated with that connection.
How to request deletion

Identify your account
Include your full name, the email address or phone number used with Shereheka, and your Facebook profile URL or account ID if available.
Step 3
Verify ownership
We may contact you through the account’s registered details to confirm that the request is yours.
Step 4
Receive confirmation
After verification, we will process the request and confirm completion using your registered contact details.
What we delete
- Facebook identifiers or access credentials stored by Shereheka.
- Profile information received from Facebook.
- The connection between your Facebook and Shereheka accounts.
- Other personal data associated with the account when full account deletion is requested.
Information we may retain
Limited information may be retained when required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, payment records or dispute resolution. Any retained information will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
Before submitting
Do not send your Facebook password, Shereheka password, one-time code or payment-card details. Account deletion may permanently remove invitations, guest lists, event records and access to purchased services.
